A two-component finishing coating for metals, distinguished by its exceptionally high resistance to UV rays and abrasion.

Description

• Excellent adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, hot-dip galvanized surfaces);
• Resistance to scratching and wear;
• UV resistance of the coating and color;
• Heat resistance of the film up to 200°C;
• Usable at low temperatures (down to –40°C);
• Resistant to solvents, acids, bases, and their vapors;
• Can be applied in thick layers without sagging – up to 375 μm;
• Forms water-and vapor-impermeable coating;
• High elasticity and resistance to linear expansions;
• One-coat coverage reduces primer and paint application costs.

Purpose

The acrylic-polyurethane textured coating A-PU Defense Structure | 255 is intended for decorative and protective painting of metal surfaces with a pronounced textured (wrinkled) effect. It forms a rough, orange-peel-like surface that conceals surface defects. The product is suitable for outdoor electrical panels, metal cabinets, doors, machine and equipment housings, as well as various metal structures and installations. It features excellent resistance to weathering, mechanical wear, and chemical exposure.
