Description

• Excellent adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, hot-dip galvanized surfaces);
• Resistance to scratching and wear;
• Heat resistance of the film up to 200°C;
• Usable at low temperatures (down to –5°C);
• Compatibility with various organic-based top coatings;
• Ability to apply in thick layers without sagging – up to 300 μm;
• Forms water-and vapor-impermeable coating;
• Can be used as a one-coat system to reduce primer and paint costs;
• Coating with high solids content and low consumption per unit thickness.

Purpose

This coating is used for protecting industrial facilities, pipelines, storage tanks, and metal structures from atmospheric corrosion and heavy chemical loads. It is distinguished by exceptional strength and abrasion resistance. It can be applied as a standalone coating in operating environment C3 (ISO 12944-2) or as an intermediate/topcoat in anti-corrosion systems for severe environments C4/C5 (ISO 12944-2). It is suitable for use at low temperatures (down to –5°C).
