ZINC EPOXY PRIMER

Two-component zinc epoxy coating with high pure zinc content.

Description

• Excellent adhesion to ferrous and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, hot-dip galvanized surfaces);
• Heat resistance of the film up to 200°C;
• Usable at low temperatures (down to –5°C);
• Resistant to solvents, acids, bases, and their vapors;
• Compatible with various organic topcoats.

Purpose

Used for the protection of industrial equipment, pipes, tanks, and metal structures against atmospheric corrosion and heavy chemical exposure. Characterized by exceptional strength and wear resistance. Suitable for metal elements, structures, and equipment including bridges, tanks, pipelines, production facilities, port equipment, and other heavy industry objects up to C5 (ISO 12944-2).
